OUR TECHNOLOGY
Jess Capillary Western
A microplate-based alternative to the traditional western blot.
The ProteinSimple Jess machine enables the assessment of up to 25 samples in a single run of <3 hours. The traditional gel is replaced with capillary tubes that require only 3 µl of sample volume, and the transfer step is replaced with a cross-linking process that allows the target to be immobilized and labeled directly in the capillary. The results can be rendered as linear traces or as virtual blot images.

Eclipse Ni-E Slide Scanning Microscope
An automated system for reproducible and quantitative imaging.
This Nikon Eclipse Ni-E microscope is equipped with the highest quality optics and detectors for unbeatable image quality and a Märzhäuser Scan stage for rapid scanning of whole tissues and slides. A high-end Hamamatsu ORCA Fusion sCMOS monochrome camera enables high-sensitivity and low-noise detection of fluorescence, while the high-resolution Nikon DS-Fi3 color camera maximizes magnification and provides superb color rendering.
NIS-Elements Image Analysis Platform
A potent toolkit for image handling, processing, and quantification.
Nikon’s NIS-Elements Advanced Research software platform with the General Analysis 3 (GA3) custom analysis module seamlessly spans the gamut from simple processing to intricate transformations and quantification algorithms. Extensive software logging and export options facilitate data and process auditing, allowing each data point to be readily traced to its source and every algorithm to be documented and restored as needed.

RNAscope and BaseScope
High-sensitivity and high-precision in situ hybridization
RNAscope and BaseScope technologies from ACD enable precise labeling and visualization of single or multiple sequence copies within a tissue. In situ visualization allows for the distinction between widespread low-level expression and high-expression clusters in a minority of cells. Both chromogenic and fluorescence assays are available for greater flexibility.
